Congratulations on your completion of the camp, thank you for having me tag along to observe the learning and self discovery processes that took place, facilitated by coach Timothy (thank you for guiding the student leaders). I got to know each one of you through my observations and I can see the potential and strengths..for example
Chu Ping for all your humour which cheer everyone up, you helped to keep the team on task during the noMAD race-
Denise for your love of young children, your kindheartedness is a strength
Hon Qi for your initiative and your commitment to the team efforts
Delia for your imagination and creativity in the A-Z storyline
Siang Wei for your inquistiveness and care for animals / conservation
Derrick for your commitment and team play
Yi Fei for your quiet resilience and strength
Siong Koon for your enthusiasm, determination and a big heart
There are more than these few attributes I believe that exist in you. Being the shy person I am (slow to warm up to new faces), I regret not taking the opportunity to know each and everyone of you better but I thought that it’s better to take a step back and let you guys enjoy the experiences prepared by the coaches, whom I felt were very sincere and thoughtful people.Don’t let the learning stop here, continue to face each day positively and thoughtfully, otherwise life will be just a dreary and unfulfilling one. Anything is possible.”
